David Levy reports: At the ICGA’s tri-ennial meeting, held in Stockholm and Taiwan in July 2018, the rather outdated Articles and By-Laws were replaced with a set which better reflects the current form of the ICGA. The new Articles and By-Laws are presented below.<\/p>\n
There was no need for any elections of office bearers since only one nomination had been received by the ICGA for each position. For the period 2018-2021 the ICGA’s office bearers are:<\/p>\n

Secretary-Treasurer:\u00a0 Hiroyuki Iida<\/p>\n
